Artflai adheres to a minimal data collection principle throughout product operation, and we strictly limit all data collection behaviors to ensure user privacy security. First of all, we do not collect any user facial information in any form, including facial photos, facial feature data, facial recognition codes and all other biometric information related to user faces. Since the App supports anonymous use without account registration and login, we will never collect user mobile phone numbers, email addresses, device real-name information, user nicknames or other personal identification information.
The only temporary data generated during your use of the App includes the local pictures you actively upload for AI creation, the English text prompts you manually input for customizing painting styles and camera movements, and the static images and dynamic short videos generated by AI algorithms based on your uploaded content and prompt words. All the above data only exist locally on your mobile device temporarily during the running of the App. We will not actively read, synchronize, upload or transmit these creation materials to any remote cloud server. Besides facial information, we also never collect user location information, browsing records, application usage habits and other irrelevant background data.
All content you process on Artflai is completely controlled by you independently. We only use your uploaded pictures and input prompt words locally on your device to complete AI image-to-image rendering and AI image-to-video dynamic conversion. All AI algorithm calculations run locally on your mobile device, and no creation raw materials or finished works will be transmitted to external servers. During the whole content processing and algorithm operation process, we will not capture, extract or store any user facial information hidden in your uploaded pictures, even if your uploaded pictures contain facial elements.
All static creative images and dynamic short videos generated by the App are automatically saved to the local storage space of your mobile device by default. We have no authority to view, modify, copy, quote or distribute any of your original uploaded materials and finished creative works. You have full ownership and usage rights of all works generated via Artflai. You can freely export, save or share your works through the one-click export function built in the App, and all sharing behaviors are completed locally by your own device without any data passing through our background system.
All user-related data of Artflai adopts full-local storage mode, and there is no cloud storage or cloud synchronization function in the App. All uploaded original pictures, input text prompt records, unfinished creation drafts and completed creative works are only stored in the exclusive local folder of Artflai on your mobile device. We do not build any remote server to store user data, and we cannot remotely access or retrieve any local data stored on your device at any time.
Consistent with our core privacy protection principle, our local data storage program will never scan, identify or retain any user facial information in local picture files. The App's local storage module only reads basic picture pixel data required for AI creation, and automatically shields all biometric feature recognition programs related to faces. You can manually delete any local creation records, original pictures and prompt word records at any time through the local record management page inside the App. Once you delete local data, the relevant content will be completely and permanently cleared from your device without any residual backup files.
Artflai does not access any third-party embedded services, including third-party advertising platforms, third-party data statistical tools, third-party cloud storage services and third-party user analysis systems. We will never share, sell, rent or transmit any user local data, creation content and operation records to any third-party individuals, companies or organizations. There is no third-party data collection channel embedded in the App, so no external parties can obtain your personal data or creation content through our App.
Meanwhile, we confirm again that no third-party program integrated in the App will collect or analyze user facial information, and our own built-in functional modules also completely prohibit facial information collection behaviors. Whether it is independent operation of the App or interaction with external devices during work, facial data collection will never be involved in any link. All data circulation of the App is limited to the inside of your personal mobile device, and no external data interaction will occur.
Artflai only applies for the most necessary device permissions to ensure the normal operation of AI visual creation functions, and we will never apply for redundant device permissions that involve user privacy risks. The only permissions required by the App include local album access permission (for you to upload local pictures for creation) and local storage writing permission (for automatic saving and one-click export of finished artworks).
We solemnly declare that the album access permission we apply for is only used for you to select picture files actively, and we will never use album access authority to scan all photos in your device secretly, nor will we actively identify, collect or extract any facial information from any pictures in your local album. We do not apply for camera permission, microphone permission, location permission and biometric recognition permission at all, which fundamentally avoids all possible risks of facial information collection and other privacy data leakage. All device permission calls are initiated actively by users, and the App will not call any permissions automatically in the background.
Artflai will not run automatically in the background of your mobile device after you close the App. Once you exit the App interface, all AI calculation programs, local data reading programs and file access programs will stop running immediately. We do not set up any background silent collection programs, background data monitoring programs or background network connection programs. The App will not connect to the network automatically without your manual operation.
During all background standby states, our App will not secretly read local picture files, nor will it perform any facial information detection and collection behaviors in the background. We do not track your device running status, App usage duration and operation tracks in the background. All operation behaviors of the App are completely transparent and can be supervised by users in real time. There is no invisible data collection behavior in any background link of the product.
You enjoy full independent control rights over all local data generated during your use of Artflai. Firstly, you can check all local creation records, uploaded original images and historical prompt word records at any time through the built-in record list page of the App. Secondly, you can delete single or all local creation data with one click independently, and the deleted data cannot be recovered by us or any other parties.
In terms of facial information protection, you have the full right to refuse any facial-related data collection behavior. Since our product has no facial recognition function and we never actively collect any user facial information in any use link, you do not need to worry about unauthorized collection, backup and leakage of your facial data. You can also close the local album and storage permissions of the App at any time through your mobile device system settings; after closing the permissions, all picture upload and artwork saving functions will be suspended accordingly, which will not affect other normal use of your mobile device.
Although all user data is stored locally on your device, we have built-in multiple local data security protection mechanisms inside Artflai to prevent accidental data leakage. First, the App adopts independent encrypted folders to store all creation content, which isolates Artflai local files from other application files on your device, preventing other third-party Apps from illegally reading your creation materials.
Second, we have completely cut off all facial data analysis paths in the underlying code of the App. The underlying algorithm code does not contain any facial feature capture, comparison and storage modules at all.From the technical source, we ensure that our App cannot collect, identify or store any user facial information in any scenario. In addition, the App will not automatically back up local creation data to device cloud disk or other storage spaces, ensuring that all creative content is only mastered by yourself. We will not conduct manual or automated detection on your local creative content to protect your creative privacy comprehensively.
We may update and optimize this Privacy Policy irregularly according to the iteration of App functions and product optimization needs, and all revised clauses will take effect immediately after being displayed on the official startup page of Artflai. We will not reduce user privacy protection standards in any updated version, and our core commitment of not collecting user account information, not collecting user facial information and full-local data storage will remain unchanged permanently.
After each policy update, you can view the latest complete Privacy Policy through the App setting page. Your continued use of all creation functions of Artflai after the policy update means that you agree to the adjusted privacy clauses. We will never change the core data processing rules without notification, and will always stick to the anonymous offline use mode and zero facial information collection standard to protect your personal privacy and creative content security all the time.
